ABOUT ME

Healthy, outgoing person, that cannot stay in only one place for too long. Being traveling the world for years now, having fun, making friends and doing well.
Love to read a good book, even though time it's not always on my side, work, and then travel, so the books get dusty.
Love good music and almost any kind of music. A good glass of good wine, Bourdeaux prefered, good food, and when I travel, love to taste the food of the host country or place ! .
Photography .... used to be a big thing in my life, but I kinda minimized it, still there, though.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't wanna have any regrets, well, maybe one or two, when I die ! , so I want to experience and see as much of the world, and 100 years are not a long enought time to see everything, so I got to hurry, but slowly ......

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Like realistic movies, I don't like movies such as "Die Hard", fantastic, or fantasy ones. "In the Name of The Father", "Motorcycle Diaries", "Monsieur Hire", "That Was Then, This is Now", "The Falcon and The Snowman", "Scent of a Woman", "Serpico", etc. etc.
Books, also I'm into the realistic, and definitelly historical events.
Music, all kinds, mostly alternative, A Perfect Circle, NIN, Schiller, Wolfsheim, Tool, Pink Floyd, Garbage, etc. etc. , usually when I travel I rent a car and the music on my radio will be the one produced by my host country. Like everthing except Country.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have seen soo many amazing things in my lifetime that I would need more space here to describe them and not one ocupies the number one, I guess; I seen the Aurora Borealis during a flight to Brussels once. I seen a volcano erupting, from very close proximity in Guatemala. I seen old men, veterans of WWII grieve at their comrades graves in Normandy. I seen nothing, and suddenly, there it is, in front of me a wreck from WWII underwater in Guam, while scuba diving ! . I seen a little girl grow up, from being a little baby, to womanhood. I seen the Berlin Wall after it fell, still be present in Berlin just by watching the differences that existed in between the two parts of the city. I seen the Hand-Over in Hong Kong in 1997. I seen the sacred places in Jerusalem, that transport you into a different time. I seen Lhasa, Tibet and the hardship that took me to get there by land ! . I seen the body of John Paul II laying in estate, after he died after a 14 hrs. line ! . I've seen Auschwitz-Birkenau, in Poland and I've seen S-21 in Phnom Penn, Cambodia !. I took another travel of a lifetime when I reached, on my second attempt, Timbouctou, "La Misteriouse" and that was amazing! I've done the longest train in the world; The Iron Ore Train of Mauritania, amazing trip too. I've seen my parents get older and older ...... I've seen people live their lives in the many countries I have visited or lived in ......

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I have a degree in Anthropology, another one in Engineering, I work as an AMT (Aircraft Maint. Tech) and I have taught drafting, drawing and design in the past. Studied Architecture even though did not finished, but love it. And History. Studied Photography also, and love the art of it. Traveled more than 120 countries so far. I cook and I cook good, and most importantly, I have lived a long life so far and lived well, so, related to those subjects, I can kinda share my experiences in the matter.
