20 years old German girl traveling trough southamerica who loves cs and all the amazing people you meet and crazy stories you count using it :)

Right now I’m traveling together with Steven (28, South African). :) We met in Peru 2 months ago and still traveling together. In Peru we surfed at the coast and then hiked and climbed some really high mountains in Huaraz and the machu pichu! We already experienced so many adventures on our way and made some beautiful friends and now looking forward to explore much more in Columbia. We’re both very open minded, fun loving and spontaneous people who are always looking for adventures, the real and hidden places and special people to have amazing chats with.
We’re both active and open to learn new stuff. We like to do yoga, explore new places, surf and cook healthy food ourselves.

About Steven:
I work on super yachts when not traveling. I am very active and love exploring new places. I’ve always been a host and look forward to meeting hosts and share experiences.

We’re looking forward to share travel stories, different mindsets, hobbies, big laughs and good food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Once I used couchsurfing the first time
I completely felt in love with it. Just a different way of traveling and experiencing new places. I made some beautiful friendships in the last years and met people who really became family. And I’m always interested in meeting different people with different lifestyles, mindsets and cultures.
Ive really learned that travelling is about experiencing the essence of the places from the inside and not about lying on the tourist beach and drinking expensive cocktails ;)

Interests

I love to do snowboarding in winter and go hiking, swimming, doing yoga, inline skating in summer and I dance in every free minute. I dream about learning to surf and being fluent in Spanish too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best couchsurfing experiences:
- spontaneous camping trip to the north of the Netherlands including a six hours hike trough a national park (in sneakers)
- first surf lesson on a surfboard laying on a carpet
- youngest and cutest host was 5 years
