Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Foster justice, cultivate love. And laugh a ton along the way.
ABOUT ME
I'm a laid-back guy who loves to connect across any and every avenue of humanity. Music plays a huge role in my life, from paying the bills to filling conversations. I love to laugh, and I love exploring everything from places to personalities. Octopi are my favorite animal and I love crunchy peanut butter. My bicycle is my most cherished possession. Personal hero: Audre Lorde.
PHILOSOPHY
The personal is political. I firmly believe that anyone and everyone who sees how practically achievable social justice is will gladly commit their lives to its realization. Now let's get out there and change some hearts and minds.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: impossible to even broach. The active experience of music in a collective and collaborative way is like nothing else on this earth. Let's talk about noise!
Movies: although brilliance is in the eye of the beholder, I keep going back to Ozu.
Books: I'm going to have to go with another cop-out answer of "impossible to answer." However, I could read Jane Eyre an infinite number of times.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I sang High Mass at Notre Dame de Paris in Paris, France. I can still feel the vibration of the organ reeds.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: love.
Learn: love.
Share: love.
Not necessarily in that order.
