About Me
ABOUT ME
Oh, this is always so hard. I love to be outdoors. I don't like shoes. I read a lot. I try to do things that scare me. I love to bike. I'm not too fond of cities. I think playing is important. I don't like money as a motivation. I like to read out loud. I hate computers. I work and live on an organic farm in Kentucky. I have a dog and I think she's great.
CURRENT MISSION
Right now it's be kind, be present, play lots, take yourself on adventures, be kind, be honest, pay attention to your dog, be kind, meet new people. I wish it were grander then that, but I think that's it for now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it is important in this day and age to facilitate the connect between diverse people face-to-face.
I like to participate in give and takes that are out side of the monetary exchange.
I think the practice of hospitality and flexibility is important.
Interests
I love good coffee, playing games, being outside, biking, kayaking, fishing, building and making things, rambling conversations with interesting people, adventures, long walks in pretty places and I really love to go swimming.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite authors include Wendell Berry, J.D. Salinger, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Derrick Jensen, Jodi Thomas, Barbara Kingsolver....
The Best Little Whore House in Texas and El Dorado are probably my favorite movies. Although I'm aware that is probably a very uncool answer.
I binge and purge on music so it's hard to say at any one time what I currently love or hate.
