Writing, cooking and eating my way round the world, currently in San Sebastian, Spain.

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly and out-going, and love travelling. A great evening for me is a home-cooked meal or good restaurant with my friends and good conversation. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and making the most of the day - not really a slouch in front of TV type.
Am a bit of a social entrepreneur and make my own artisan chocolate and help organise a bi-annual event about media and social impact.

PHILOSOPHY

Be adventurous and open-minded.. Try to do your best in any circumstance. Learn from other people and see their point of view. Have fun, enjoy life and accept and appreciate its mystery!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelling through France - Paris, Lyon and Montepellier - met some great hosts, and original experiences.

Intereses

Travel, good food, different cultures and languages, good films, sport - tennis & ping-pong, making chocolate... would love to open a restaurant / event space.

A bit of a foodie - have traded on street markets, run pop-up restaurants, and studied nutrition, more than happy to cook for my hosts!
