ABOUT ME

Well, my raison d'être is music; writing, recording and devoting myself to my own original material while being in awe and inspired by the seemingly endless number of scarily talented musicians on this planet.

I'm travelling in Australia to expand my mind, meet many interesting and decent people with that special spark inside, and to hopefully make a shed-load of music with at least a few of those folks I become entwined with.

Traversing this content is really the first of my travels in life but it will most definitely not be the last as I've been bitten by that bug, big time!

PHILOSOPHY

Fostering meaningful friendships with others and creativity are the most meaningful things in the world according to me; the rest is just distraction.

In all honesty I had never heard of CouchSurfing until I came to the land of Oz but it seems like a darned great idea and discovering things like this is what it's all about

Music: Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Nine Inch Nails, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Waits, Tim Buckley - to name but a few. My favorite soundtrack ever is Vangelis' score for Blade Runner which blows me away every time
