About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Drink the best coffee, eat the best food, play the best flatball possible

ABOUT ME

Former history student who wants to keep learning new languages (and perfect my French). I read a lot, but I love to drop my books for an intense game of Ultimate frisbee. I am teaching English as an assistant teacher in Massy, France this year.

PHILOSOPHY

Learn as much as possible. Friends do not necessarily speak the same language. Adventure is just around the corner.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I registered for this site at my friend's request and have been amazed by what I have seen so far. Not only do I hope to survive, but I hope to meet the many interesting people in the world that have not yet discovered the beauty of Antarctica. The last adventurers on earth.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in France and Germany on a couple of trips and everything has been positive so far. I'm looking forward to traveling more so that I can meet more incredible people along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taken the French BAC, worked at the Reed Research Reactor, living in 6+ different places, playing Ultimate with my college team, graduating from Reed College.

Teach, Learn, Share

What it's like to work in a nuclear reactor, how to play Ultimate frisbee, how to make a latte, and most other kinds of coffee drinks as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts
