ABOUT ME

I live happily in California but am always looking for a new place to explore intimately. I'm most at home in natural environments, and my breath is easily taken away by trees, waves, and mountains. Food is central to my life--from the field to the kitchen to the table, mouth, and belly.

food systems--where and how is it growing, where does it go from the field, who is buying it and where, and the most fun part--how is it prepared, how does it taste, and how does it make you feel!? i'm also interested in different forms of healing, in dreams, in spontaneous music, in using what you have and not what you can buy, learning from others and passing on what you know, fire play, high places like roof tops, public transportation, asanas...certainly much more!
