Opportunity to meet other people from different cultures. I live in a very safe area of Caracas. The area is very central, the subway is very close, is very close to the best areas of Caracas as Mercedes, is within walking distance. My department is very nice but a little noisy because the highway is very close.

One of the things that impact me in my life so much that I liked, when studied at university in Mexico. It was the most incredible experience I had. I met many people, Mexican culture is wonderful, people are incredible.

Transforming themselves in different observers and in the most powerful business phenomena, becoming competent to generate new actions which will improve performance, reaching out levels of excellence and perfection in their managerial results.
To train themselves as business coach being able to distinguish obstacles that slow down the company's personnel and working team's performance.
To positively transform the participant's work environment through the development of intervention processes that apply basic techniques and tools learned in the course.
To contribute to the creation of an ethical base from which it is possible to make contact in a different way within the company, generating greater productivity, effectiveness and welfare.
