ABOUT ME

Originally from New Orleans - and with voodoo dolls and gumbo still coursing through my veins - I've found myself in New York for the past 4 years, where I divide my time between the maelstrom of the emergency department and everything else the city has to offer. My favorite things are checking out new gallery exhibits, having a drink with friends, and delving into every kind of food imaginable... usually with a camera in hand. Amateur photographer, with wishes to get better accustomed with my interchangable lenses, and a soft spot for instant photos. Just spent 2 months in Cape Town, SA where I was working with sex workers in HIV prevention. Of course I spent some time as well exploring the beaches, hiking, and surfing, but mainly figuring out that I'm not long for the USA and crave experiencing new cultures. Trying to figure out my next move...

A bit new to this...

I've got a fold-out couch in my tiny apartment. Sleeps one. It's a tight squeeze. Good news is I work nights so we can probably work something out! Also, I travel a bunch... so, it's negotiable! Must love dogs, though!
