About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I m on the run to find a place to live and make it feel like home.

ABOUT ME

I WOULD say i can be really nice when i want too... Mostly i m a total grumbler. I believe its my nature :)
I consider myself interesting and mature enough. I teach math and work at a small theatre called ΣΧ

PHILOSOPHY

My way of thinking strongly depends on balance. Like u cant always be happy or u cant always be sad. There is a time for both, and a time for everything.
I never think about far distant future. Although i think about tomorrow... Sometimes i can chill out entirely and forget everything.
My feelings and thoughts point to a way of life with almost zero stress!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Its been 12 years since i signed up for cs. I m still as excited as i was when i signed up. My participation lied in that of a promising host. :D

The stories have piled up, it has been an amazing experience for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some awesome and promising day i ll hit the road .
I met lots of Great great people during my staying in Thessaloniki(i also met a few of you guys in Larissa too), and i m happy with that. 8 months in Kos gave a few more cs experiences. It was Great for me. whO Knows what ll follow :)

I have traveled abroad only once in my life and that was Italy ( which was fine ).

Interests

MY interests change through the years... i m fluctuating like inflation. :P I love music, photography, books... and i m always pleased with good food!!
Lately i have found out i don't like last minute couchsurfers who only care on saving money and pay 0 attention to the host or the relations they can form, by only thinking about free sleeping.

Music, Movies, and Books

I ll mention one for each category..
Movies: i really like cinema(although i m not an expert).. FAvourite movie : "Let the women wait"(Greek title: As perimenoun oi gynaikes)
Music: Polonaise 53.
I incline on metal, rock, classical music(rachmaninoff, chopin, liszt) and of course Greek music(hell not POP). Rotting Christ and some Tsitsnis-Mpellou is great for me.
My favorite book until now is : "The karamazov brothers"... Great book. I am now writing my second theatrical play.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I brought many things in my mind after thinking a lot about this question...
even though i m not the kind of person getting easily amazed or surprised i myself like anyone else have had a few great experiences. The greatest thing i have done is i have included the following sentence in my profile:

If you have read so far about me, please include the following words on your request to stay with me at my place
: Watermelons are just as friendly as vending machines.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't consider myself a typical teacher. I offer my hospitality.. and i have got a craving to find myself being a guest to anyone that has some time for me!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Advice and time, conversations

One great advice : TAKE THE FUCKING TIME AND IMPROVE YOUR PROFILE.
It shows respect. Don't just add 2 photos and your crappy attitude that sums it all up in 100 words. You cannot possibly expect someone to trust you or desire hosting you with just 100 words.

Second great advice: Don't copy paste the requests by just changing the name.
