About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

graduated with an education major in biology. i love traveling, teaching, working, playing, and learning. kids are my career, and are always entertaining for me(for the past 4 years it has been my part-time work). i am actively involved in sports, either playing, watching, or coaching and i enjoy my full array of musical instruments including guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, and mandolin. music is who i am, whether listening or playing. i am a road bicycle rider, run laps, hike mountains, snowboard, surf, chit chat, and can waste time with the best...

Teach, Learn, Share

i'm a certified middle/high school biology teacher, as well as TESOL/TEFL/ESL Certifies.... enjoy teaching and encouraging that student to want to learn even more. when you help a person reach the "ah-ha, i got it!" moment, there is nothing that can come close to that feeling.....everyday i've stepped into the classroom to teach i've learned something new. children keep you guessing and always alert. talking with them can make you better.....sharing information is what life is all about. talk about this, talk about that, just respect and you'll be respected. ok, enough with this sentimental crap, but i do like to learn. book reading is now becoming a hobby instead of a torture
