I'm an adventurer, storyteller and aspiring photographer. I love people, music, stories, traveling, coffee and laughing. I have traveled around the world a lot and and am now on my 2nd passport. I am passionate about seeing the world, experiencing different cultures and getting to know the people who are part of them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I crave adventure, love to travel and truly enjoying getting to know new people. Exploring the world is what makes me come alive. I was drawn to Couchsurfing because I love the concept of cultural exchange and getting to experience a new part of the world along with someone who lives there.

In 2016, I went on a 5-week solo adventure across Scandinavia where I couch surfed for the first time. I had the most amazing time and met some truly incredible people who shared their home, their city, and their experiences with me. I will never forget those experiences and want more of them!

Interests

I am a very outgoing person. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories and having new experiences making new friends around the world. I enjoy immersing myself in the culture and story of a city, and what it has to offer. I love music of all kinds and really enjoy going to concerts. I am a big fan of film and can easily get lost in a good movie. I want to experience all the corners of the world and meet the people who call it home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a fan of all kinds of music, ranging from classical and jazz to EDM and hip-hop. Some of my favorite artists are Sigur Ros, Snarky Puppy, Beyonce, Drake, Olafur Arnalds, Disclosure, Frank Ocean, Twenty Øne Pilots, Kendrick Lamar, Burna Boy, Major Lazer and Max Richter.

I’m also a big fan of film. Some of my favorite films are Crash, The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty, Interstellar, Chef, Up (actually, all Pixar films), Into The Wild, Arrival, Moonrise Kingdom and Mad Max: Fury Road. I also watch a lot of documentaries and can recommend some really great ones!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have visited 5 of the 7 continents, have filled up one passport and am now working on my second. Every stamp is a story, every empty page a possibility. "I'd rather have a passport full of stamps than a house full of stuff."
