ABOUT ME
Recovering workaholic. (Its a nasty habit to shake)
I moved to NYC to study photography but I had to leave because it was too much temptation (that work thing again). Now I do freelance photography and have spare time to do yoga, cook, and most recently travel.
I love sushi with brown rice, French Pinot Noir, and black coffee with lots of sugar.
I hate Bush and close-minded people.
PHILOSOPHY
Too much in this world is centered around money! All problems including health care, education, oil, energy, etc could be solved if we stopped thinking with our wallets and made decisions based on the greater good. Since we cannot change the fact that people are driven money we should move to Africa where we can make a difference saving souls.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love the idea of a day in the life of. Come to Charleston and there is always something to do with interesting people to meet. I want visitors to feel the community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In NYC while looking for an apartment I shared a living room, that doubled as a bedroom for a girl, who was sharing a one bedroom apartment with her brother. Between the three of us and my cat the 300 square feet was a tight squeeze.

Teach, Learn, Share
Want to learn French, more about wine, raw food, and cooking in general.
Teach:
Everyone should move away for awhile.
Live in NY it will be good for you.
Live in another country it will be better for you.
Its ok to move back in with your parents just don't stay there long.

When going on a cross country road trip don't rely too heavily on the internet for travel arrangements. Even Starbucks charges for internet. Make plans ahead. Have a back up. Be prepared to sleep in the car. It is ok to plan for any senerio.
