About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to explore life from a non-American perspective. I have been out of the country numerous times and consider myself culturally sensitive but I have had few solo interactions with people in other nations and from other nationalities.
ABOUT ME
hmmm...I'm never good at these. I like reading a whole lot. I like extreme sports. I like being a vegetarian and finding places where I can eat something other than a salad. I love investigating history and culture and I'm am highly depressed over the current political state of the US government. I honestly love traveling more than anything else (at least right now). I'm pretty independent minded. I'm an INTJ for whatever that's worth. let's see lets see. I have socialist leanings and I value people above all else. I am dedicating myself to humanitarian causes through law and I do a lot of service within my community. er...gosh how boring this all sounds. I don't know I'm pretty cool I guess.
PHILOSOPHY
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I'm not in any way religious but I feel that christianity (and buddhism) got this one right.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Um...well I'm using the group, and I'll support anyone who wants to crash whereever I happen to put down roots. This'll probably become more important once I start law school in Vermont as people can crash with me when they want to go snowboarding.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've done homestays in the rainforests of bolivia and in Jamaica but that's about it. From this I've learned that bug nets are CRUCIAL to my pampered western ability to sleep.

I like movies that have a different outcome than I expected. Heres a few: Juno, Saving Private Ryan. I also like old black and white samurai movies. Oh and the classics of course, audrey hepburn and the like.
all time favorite? To Kill a Mockingbird.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
hmmm...well. I've been skydiving, also ziplining through costa rica's rainforests.
