ABOUT ME

Hi There! I'm new to this. A new friend from the Wanaka Backpackers told me about this site. I was intrigued and excited to learn about it. I'm a traveler from the States. I studied biology conservation at the University of Wiscoinsin, in Madison. I am the youngest out of six kids, though I have a twin brother (he's five minutes older than me and reminds me of this often). I'm in my early 30's. I've lived in a lot of fun places in the States such as NYC, Seattle, Portland, and Madison, Wisconsin. Just recently I decided to travel down under and it's my first overseas experience. It's been fantastic! I look forward to meeting you!

Interesses

Hiking, biking, walking, exploring new cities and new neighbourhoods. I love animals, both wild and domestic. I love tall grass prairies and wetlands.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love Barbara Kinsolver, John Irving, the book the Gathering, by Anne Enright. I love plant books and prairie books. In my ipod I have Andrew Bird, the Shins, Neil Diamond (my mom loves him!), the Be Good Tanyas, and Iron and Wine. I like romantic comedies and comedies. Jim Carey cracks me up, so, I love his movies (even the serious ones) and I've seen Meet the Parents about 50 times and it still cracks me up.
