I'm just a normal guy who wants to do and see everything. Work has given me the opportunity to either live in or travel to every corner of this country, so I know it better than most people. And I don't plan on slowing down. I'm all about the random adventures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

• I put up a guy from New York for a week, and then another week, and then another week, and before I knew it he got a job and moved two blocks down the street.

• I had an Aussie friend of a friend visit and we had the best time during SXSW. She'd previously put him up when he was visiting Australia and we're all fast friends at this point.

The Cascade Mountains in both summer and winter, the rain forest, volcanoes, redwoods, movie studios, priceless artifacts, low-pass jet fly-bys, remote film shoots in some crazy locations... this could just go on and on. I often forget how much I've already crammed into my short time here.

I can show you the coolest places in Austin for starters. I've been everywhere in this country so I know it pretty well. I also have a ton of European friends (Ukrainians, Czechs, etc.) and lived with a predominantly Japanese family in Seattle for a while. In the last year I've spent four out of twelve months in Europe.
