About Me

Been living in Houston for four years now and loving it! I grew up in New Jersey (Jersey Shore what what), but also have lived in Philly, South Carolina, and Austin. Some of my favorite things to do are going to shows (music/art/comedy) and riding bikes around the city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet cool new people while at home or traveling. I like to take three or four day trips to different cities around the US whenever possible.

I was getting an overwhelming number of requests (1-4 per day), so I changed my availability to "Maybe Accepting Guests." My roommate Tricia and I want to host fun and outgoing people who are on vacation or otherwise visiting Houston. I am pretty busy on weekdays and typically not home much. But I will be more than happy to hang out and show you around the city when available!

We will not host someone who already lives and works in Houston. However, if you are visiting Houston with the intent to move here, I can give you a good introduction to the city!

We also cannot host people under 21 years old because we like to socialize with our guests which usually involves alcohol.

I prefer if you could make plans with me at least a couple days in advance. However, I may be able to host last minute from time to time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a long time fan of hip-hop but also really into emo bands, maybe a strange combination, haha.

I don't read many books, but I read reddit and NPR news every day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing the Manitou Springs Incline earlier this year was pretty crazy. It is only a 1 mile hike, but has 2000 feet of elevation. Took an hour and a half, my slowest mile time on record by far haha.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am social, friendly, respectful, and a go-with-the-flow type person, so I think these character traits make a good guest for a couchsurfing host.

Countries I’ve Visited
