About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Follow the Leader and take it one step at a time!

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Wyoming, so I love anything outdoors! Picked up guitar about ten years ago and that's quickly become a passion of mine. I'm going to school for engineering, so I use that to pay some bills so I can write music. I'm one of the easiest guys to get along with that you'll meet, and I strive to love the people of this world, regardless of our differences. I can be pretty quiet around strangers, but I open up in a hurry so don't sweat it if I put you through an awkward-off if I just meet ya - I'll probably laugh at myself later.

PHILOSOPHY

Love the world in all my awkward glory

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Looking forward to meeting all sorts of good people, and hope that I'll be letting people crash on my couches a lot more once I'm roommate free and I have some room of my own to share!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Awesome stuff. Hosted more than I've surfed, but it's always a good time! Met some pretty awesome people.

Interests

Music is a huge one. I'm always trying to find new good tunes. Architecture, Reading and writing, although I need to read more than I do right now, sports, especially basketball and football, and the outdoors. My faith is a huge one, and learning about other people's beliefs and where they're at in life. I'm definitely more of a listener than a talker

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything acoustic as far as music goes, and most folk, roots, indie rock, blues rock, some bluegrass, some country. Basically everything, but not real big on rap.

Books tend to be the Bible, Christian non-fiction, theology stuff, or non-fiction biography/adventure books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove the entire PCH. I'd definitely recommend it, but make sure you bring more money than me, and take more than two weeks to do it. Plan two weeks for Washington and Oregon alone. Those states are AMAZING.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to ski, but moved to Texas. If I ever stay with you in a ski town, let's do it! I can teach you some guitar, get anything you might need off of high shelves (I'm 6'7"), and introduce you to a cinnamon shake (which is exactly as simple as it sounds.)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Songs. Lots of songs.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Mexico, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
