Hey, I'm an adventurer, a world citizen and a transformation catalyst, creator and activator of all things that shake the world awake. Surfer & conscious entrepreneur, I use communication, breath, movement, mindset and adventure as my allies to disrupt the norm and to empower and elevate people to their potential.

I'm simple, easy going, quiet, and funnily introverted but I love to connect with people. I love music, ecstatic dance, deep conversations, crazy adventures and I love to know about what lights your fire.

I've travelled and led training programs around the world for the past 10 years, I'm in love with my life and I'm grateful to keep meeting amazing people on my path.
