About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to meet more people who have a different cultural background
ABOUT ME
I taught sociology for 33 years at the university in Korea and retired at 2019. I lived in Australia for two and a half years, in China and Japan for a year, and in America for two years. I accumulated rich cultural experiences by living, travelling in foreign countries and hosting foreigners. I hope to continue enriching cultural interaction with mature CS members as much as I can. I like to travel, read, swim, take a slow walk, listen music, and go mountain hiking.
PHILOSOPHY
"Two eyes,two ears,only one mouth"
"If I am walking with two other men, each of them will serve as my teacher."(Confucius)
A good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving. (Lao Tzu)
"The world is a book and and those who do not travel read only one page"(St. Augustine)
"Let it be"
