ABOUT ME

I am 23 years old, from New Orleans and I work as a chef here. I spent the last 2 years of my life living all over Sweden and plan on moving back there sometime next summer. I will be heading to Belgium(west flanders) to work at the 2 michelin starred Chateau du Mylord in Ellezelles. Then i will work in Knokke/Heist.Duinbergen region in Flanders at a one michelin starred place.

In May I will be in Copenhagen working at NOMA and could use some help from couch surfers!!.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am always open to having coffee with, or showing people around New Orleans or Stockholm. Both of these cities I spent considerable time in and hopefully in the future I will have an apartment in Sweden so I can host some people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I got turned onto couch surfing from a former tenant of mine who used to have music nights at her apartment with CS members.

Interests

Food and cultures of the places I go and live in are a big interest. As for music I am open to all music. Studying languages of the world is a big interest of mine and I enjoy being able to hear people in their own language. Traveling and meeting people from all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will be working at the 2 Michelin starred NOMA, which is ranked 3rd in the world this May. I consider that a big achievement. Working in Belgium with people who were kind enough to take me in and teach me the craft of producing Michelin starred cuisine.
