About Me

I'm an island girl trapped in the city-- corporate slave for 5 days a week (8 hours a day), but a mermaid during paid leaves. I enjoy traveling, meeting people, and learning along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend and I are planning to visit Europe in 2020. It will be our first time and I would love to connect to people that may help me in planning the trip. Would also be best to meet someone who'd be willing to show us around their country. We would bring you Philippine products in exchange! =)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music in general so I listen to various artists and genres... from the symphonies by the likes of Vladimir and Dvorak , to the classics of Abba and Backstreet boys; rock bands All Time Low, Nickelback and Linkin Park; 21st century music of Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Cardi B, and a lot lot more; Kpop by 2ne1 and Bigbang; and of course there's Original Pilipino Music (OPM)

I read both fiction and non fiction but I enjoy fiction more. I like getting my brain work to create scenarios, imagine characters, and all those interesting stuff. I like Gayle Forman, the Pittacus Lore series, and Left drowning by Jessica Park.

As for movies, I try my best to stay away from horror to keep myself sane. The rest, I would watch. I'm not quite a fan of DC and Marvel and yes, I know, I'm boring but I would watch if that's what you are into. After all, I have to learn from all aspects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For quite a scaredy-cat like me, traveling solo in Vietnam was a huge leap of faith.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could share my amateur experiences in traveling with you and perhaps can give you a glimpse of how living in the Philippines is like. I can teach you some Tagalog

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook you edible breakfast, wash the dishes, do some house chores before heading out for a tour (only of course if you'd allow me to). I'm quite shy but I have a lot of stories to tell if you'd be willing to listen.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Viet Nam
