I am Yang Jia-Rong, but everybody calls me Rong. In little Belgium I grew up, but I want to discover the world. :) Currently I am living in Taiwan- Taichung for 9 months, studying Chinese.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't couchsurfed a lot. My first time was in Dalian with Ian and Ross. They spoiled us! ^^ It was great!
The second time was in Beijing with Ryan. He had CS roommates. Unfortunately we didn't spend a lot of time together.
I like the concept of Couchsurf, to exchange travel-experience. Through CS I have met a lot of friends. It makes life more exciting. :)

Interests

Because I love to eat... I started cooking.
I enjoy drinking a good glass of red wine with friends. Besides that I want to experience life, to make everything a first. This year I would like to bungeejump, floating through the air with no boundaries whatsoever...

In middle school I have studied economy. Now I am studying Chinese and Chinese culture. It is a challenge. Besides that I want to improve my cooking skills this year. I am very fond of food, especially Mexican food! :) like Chili con Carne, Salsa, Guacemole, and so on.
