I'm a visiting scholar in the University of Cambridge. Before I come to UK, I am an associate professor of linguistics and a translator in the city of Harbin, northeastern China and doing postdoc research projects in the meantime. I am fluent in Chinese and English. I would like to make friends with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I learned from my colleagues and friends that they had been received with warmth and hospitality in foreign countries by friends from couchsurfing. I would like to try it. When I go back to China, I would like to provide my house to other friends.
