Our current mission is to learn all that we can in the time that we have and absorb the maximum value of every moment. We want to meet new people and learn what they know!

ABOUT ME

Nicholas:
A caffeine-addicted, Hawaiian-shirt wearing writer...with an insatiable wanderlust for meeting unique people, strange places and new ideas.

Veronica:
I am a free-flowing spirit on a lifelong journey to destination: Everywhere. I search for echoing patterns and meaning and so far, I've discovered I am just one of infinitely many permutations!! I live to learn and I learn to live.

PHILOSOPHY

I see the world as a vortex of paradoxes at which the center is the imperceptible pinnacle of perfection and truth as we will all come to know it. As for my philosophy of living, I believe that people should do what they're capable of. Everything is a choice. I believe in free will and I believe that our responsibility, as intelligent beings is to expand our consciousness and produce things. Whether it is ideas, books, a helping hand or the light bulb, I believe that people are makers and only consciousness and production can provide a fulfilling life.

Whenever someone questions me skeptically about couchsurfing I just say, listen, these people are bound to be the coolest people you've ever met. I mean, who would offer their houses to strangers? Only the best people in the world!

Veronica:
She is also a tea-drinking, plant whispering , obsessive dog mom. She enjoys food, making things, upcycling, swimming, beaching, hiking, camping, climbing, smiling at animals, EXPLORING :) She is a nurse's aide,currently in school for nursing. She loves to draw and illustrate. She is a birth doula currently on a path to become a midwife! She is an activist for women's rights, she is interested primarily in helping people and empowering people to feel loved and accepted so that they can feel free to be themselves.

Nicholas: Nicholas writes for screenrant.com about super heroes! He has written six books, with three published! He loves to talk about politics, conflict resolution, human rights and culture. He loves new adventures, unique insights, interesting experiences, and fresh cups of coffee.

Together, Veronica and Nicholas seek truth, love and community across the plant. They believe in acceptance and honesty, that love is truth and human connection is the most important thing!

Veronica was once with a laboring woman for 3 days straight, one of those days being her own birthday!

Nicholas published his first book at 23!
