About Me
CURRENT MISSION
live life beyond my imagination
ABOUT ME
My secret wish on every trip is to be able to bump into a local wedding, or witness a street parade, or chance upon a little street where there is no tourist, or go to a morning market with the locals. i am very curious to know how people in different cultures spend their 24hrs in a day and how they 'handle' their many important life events. If given the luxury of time & money, i prefer to stay at a place longer than usual.
i always think i am quite shy, but none of my friends agree with me :D So if we happen to meet each other, you have to tell me :)
PHILOSOPHY
"pain is inevitable, suffering is optional"
"travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself"
"life is about the people you meet, and things you create with them. so go out and start creating"
Interests
i love taking photos, lying in a sailboat in the middle of the sea, tingling feet at the edge of height, aching muscles, symbols, edges of bread/brownies, and the smell of burning matchstick, rain, new book, old book!
i collect newspaper from every place i've been to and my husband hopes that i stop doing that before i fill up our house. oh - i think it is time for me to learn how to preserve newspaper before they turn powdery. hahaha!
- books
- traveling
