I am living in Dublin, Ireland, from May 2024 for a year 🇮🇪

I am always down to meet new people and I love traveling together with them and meeting them again in different places.

I want to travel to Iceland/Norway/Sweden/Netherlands/Swiss and neighboring countries. Anyone who has been there or planning to travel there, feel free to share tips or we can make plans together!

I will be at Edinburgh in August from 23th (Fri) to 26th (Mon) for the Fringe Festival. Reach out to me if you are also going there!

I love reading, writing, coffee, beer, dogs, walking, more walking, parks, music, traveling, arts, history, and a lot more. I am not a big fan of sports, but I enjoy watching games in a sports bar without knowing any rules.

And I love meeting people and listening to their stories and learning. Always up for a new adventure. Always ready to learn something new.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have met so many amazing and nice people when I was traveling. Once I met a super nice girl in Southern France, and I was invited to their house the same day. She and I had one of the most fun, comfortable, and warm conversation as if we were old friends, and I will never forget how heartwarming it was as we share Korean and French food at her house. We laughed so hard when her boyfriend ate up the whole super spicy 'Buldak Noodles' without having any reaction. I hope I can give back at least a bit of the hospitality I received when I am in my hometown.

I would love to show you around my area of the city. I don't have the best sense of direction, but getting lost is part of the fun, I swear. I am also here to meet people from all over the world whether I'm in Korea or traveling. Feel free to ask me ANYTHING about Korea and Seoul, and I will try my best to find some tips for you.

And I want to get some ideas and a few tips for my future travels, including my plan to live in Ireland!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading and writing. I love to talk about it even more. I always participate in various reading/writing groups.

Right now, I am super slowly reading <마음의 발걸음(A Book of Migrations: Some Passages in Ireland)> by Rebecca Solnit, and I am loving it!

I love live performances, festivals. One of my bucket list is to go to the Fringe festival in Edinburgh, but then again I want to go to almost all festival in the world. Always love listening to indie pop and indie rock. Jazz can be great too.
