ABOUT ME

I am a very simple, natural and generous person who loves nature and adventure.
I like enjoying every single minute of my life doing the things I like the most: sports, music and dance festivals, mountain trekking, adventurous and backpackers travels worldwide.
I am curious and love travelling; discovering new cultures and meeting people from different countries to share with them my lifestyle, passions and experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, we gotta take advantage of each and every minute of it.
Spend time with your loved ones and tell them you love them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will be pleased to host people in my place and show them my beautiful country and the moroccan culture (gastronomy, lifestyle, music etc). And if available why not travel around in their company:).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experiences were in Italy (a beautiful hospitable country). It was truly amazing, I met wonderful people there with whom I shared unforgettable moments.

Interests

I spend my spare time, travelling, biking from a place to another in the countryside, reading inspiring books, going to remote places far away from the city life, where we can meet authentic and simple people.
I also love running and attend all the races organized in Morocco: Half Marathons, 15kms and triathlons.
One of my favourite hobbies is moutain trekking, and camping in the middle of the nature (a forest, a desert or in the beach).

- Movies: Romantic movies, travel documentaries, Historical movies (Spartacus, troy, Rome, Gladiator); road and adventure movies, "into the wild" is one of my favourite
- Books: social books "the city of joy" ; all type of novels ; medicine and health care topics
- Music: Africam music (salif keita, youssou n'dour etc); Latino music; reggae; R&B and pop music (Jason M'raz, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper; Michael Jackson); Rock&Roll (Scorpions, Pink Floyd); Gnaoua Music; Abba, Cat Stevens, Tracy shapman, Adele, Beatles, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- An unforgettable bike ride from El Jadida to Laayoun in the South of Morocco; 1200 kilometres in 7 days, riding during the day and sleeping in the nature at night
- When I climbed the Toubkal Mountain in the Moroccan Atlas for the first time: the view from the summit was breathtaking, the snow white was immaculate on the surrounding mountains and we remained silent for a long time contemplating.
- My first desert experience in the Moroccan Sahara: spending the night in the middle of the dunes, on a full moon night, and dancing to the rhythm of Sahrawi music around a fire camp.
- One of the best way I like to spend my weekends is to ride my bike to the countryside and the forests some kilometers away from El Jadida and savor my lunch under the shadow of a tree or facing the sea.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach and learn from others everything they are willing to share with me: travel experience, their culture, hobbies, new languages etc.
