About Me

I am extremely passionate about traveling and have made it my life since I graduated from university in 2015. I love exploring the world and immersing myself in different cultures. I've got an awesome job as an online ESL teacher, teaching both kids and adults. I'm very fortunate to have a job that allows me to move around and work from any place with a stable internet connection. I'm very interested in farming and learning about different techniques for living sustainably. I'm mesmerized by the beauty of the planet and am my happiest when I'm surrounded by incredible scenery. I love cycling, kayaking, hiking, and swimming, amongst many other activities. Let's meet up!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I visit a country, I always seek out authentic experiences. I love to see what it's like to actually live there, as opposed to staying in hostels with other foreigners the entire time. I truly enjoy interacting with new people and hearing their stories. My travels are always more special when I can spend time with local people and experience their world with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

My interest in music seems to change a lot. I'm currently really into Brazilian music. I love to read and will always take book recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite experiences was riding the Ha Giang motorbike loop in Vietnam. The scenery was astounding, the riding was intense, and it was my first loop ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

My perspective on life is unique and may be beneficial to others who have a differing mindset.
