To be free to enjoy, forgetting regrets, patience, what climate arugula grows best in, why Jazz music makes your heart beat fast, how to be open, how to love completely, to have no expectations and to never be disappointed, to do what you say you are going to do, to smile, to laugh, adding a little sugar to homemade pasta sauce always makes it taste just a little bit better.
