I travel because, in my experience, getting to know different cultures and people can greatly broaden your perspective and its one of the best things about life. I didn't grow up traveling very much, but after studying abroad in Barcelona, I realized how important it is to me. I love meeting people from all over and challenging the way I think about the world.

In terms of my perspective on life, it has been really transformed by my yoga practice. I place a lot of importance on gratitude, as well as introspection and getting to know yourself. While I like to socialize and spend time with others, I really value balancing that out with time for self-study and reflection.
