ABOUT ME

I'm easy going, adventurous, a bit of a tree-hugger (they do hug back), optimistic kind of person. I love to dance, explore, share and listen to stories/tales, meet people, try new things and make the most out of life. Like most of you, I want to travel the world, see the beauty in her people, cultures, natural wonders... everything! Until we figure out aparation or Erkel's travel machine I guess I'll be using planes, but CS looks like a great way for me to meet some lovely people along the way : )

Live, laugh, love. We are alive to enjoy it, so I try my best to do so, to shrug off any obstacles along my path/search for balance and fulfillment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just moved back home after 10 months abroad. I'm living every 23 year old's dream and am back in my parent's house... This unfortunately means, that for the time being while I figure out the next step (whether in KC or elsewhere) I'll only be able to meet up, not host. However, if you find yourself in a bind, I may be able to ask a friend in town to help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've so far only managed to couch surf with friends I already had- tip, trying to last minute couch surf in Sevilla during Semana Santa is difficult!

Interests

Travel, food, dance, walking, meeting people, exchanging stories, movies (I'm still a kid and love Disney too), cultures, languages (the list of ones to learn way outnumbers the two I've got under my belt).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen more places, people, things than I ever thought possible (and I haven't even seen all that much!).

I've seen a volcano (Volcano Arenal) with my own eyes (photos don't do them justice) and have climbed down (stairs, sort of) to the bottom of a waterfall and have swam in its pool. I've lain on a field in the middle of a field in Hoja Chigue, Nicaragua and have seen shooting stars race across an already star filled sky. I saw the tallest waterfall in the world, Angel Falls, and hiked up and around one of the tallest tepuis, Roraima. I danced through the streets of Trinidad on Jouvert throwing paint in the most insane party of my life to date.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a few cooking recipes up my sleeves. I'm always down for language exchanges and chats of any kind. I know the full dance to "Thriller" (don't let that be a count against me if you're tired of it though!)
