Overview
About Me
I grew up in a small town outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. I fell in love with traveling after doing two years in a community service program called Americorps which took me all around the USA doing community service and helping with the Red Cross in American Samoa. After road tripping, backpacking Europe, going to Asia and South America with my girlfriend Mia, I’m officially addicted to the road.
I’ve been a registered nurse for 5 years and did a lot of other jobs before that. I have two older brothers, a niece, and a cat named Francis. I play guitar, piano, and currently stand up bass for a bluegrass band. I love to read, enjoy music, and get out and do things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and meeting people on my travels. Beyond the sights and architecture my favorite thing is connecting with people around the world. Sharing a joke, a beer, travel tips and stories. I think couch surfing would be amazing for the opportunity to share in someone else’s culture and city and to return the favor when I would host people from around the world. Cheers and happy trails!
