Riding my bicycle from Florida to Philly! Trying for 25 miles a day. I'm raising money for a non-profit called Chariots for Hope that helps kids in Kenya. Very grateful to anyone who will host me for a night. I'm low maintenance and don't need much. A couch or a place to pitch my tent is perfect.

During my bike ride I plan to stay in cheap hotels, camp and couch surf! Couch surfing will help keep my ride affordable. I also love meeting different people who extend their kindness and generosity for causes like this.

I am retired so I ride my bike often. My wife and I own a trailer so we go camping around the Philadelphia area a lot in the summer. I have 4 grown children and 3 amazing grandkids. I am active in my church and enjoy the company of others.
