About Me
Making up the plan as I go along, I'd love to hang out with nice people, go to cool places and really make the most out of my trip.
After resting up with old friends in Melbourne, I'll be landing in Sydney, ready for a 5 week adventure heading up to Cairns. Maybe hostels, maybe couchsurf. Maybe bus rides, maybe hitch hiking. It's all new to me, so whatever happens will be great!
Couch surfing appeals because meeting up with a host immediately stops you feeling quite so anonymous and on your own in a new place. You can never have too many friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been staying with some good mates in Melbourne for a few days since landing and I've really enjoyed and appreciated not having to worry about which hostel to stay in or what's particularly good to go see or do. Having friends or meeting new ones is a great way to see more of a place than what's on the website. A housemate used to host couchsurfers at our house and I always used to find it a lovely experience. I'm on my first big trip and would love to couchsurf part of my trip between Sydney and Cairns.
