About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be not a tourist, be a traveller.

ABOUT ME

I caught the bug about a year ago when i lived in Madrid and now I think about traveling all the time. I really envy people that can make it a big priority in their life, so I am trying to find cheap ways to make it a reality for me as well. I have been all over Central, Eastern and Western Europe. My studies have taken me to Latin America, but I would love to travel their for leisure as well. I love meeting new people, sharing stories, reading for fun, writing, learning about new cultures, and school.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to this, but hopefully I will actively participate in the future. I am going back to Europe in September of this year, and plan on using the network to get around. Although Nebraska isn't the most exciting place to visit, I am happy to share the great city of Omaha with you, as there are some great things to do here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was told about this through a couple of friends that were Opers in Spain in the summer of 06. Now its the summer of 07 and I have yet to try it out. I am looking forward to using it in the states as I look at law schools, and use it in Germany for Oktobefest in the fall.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like all music that i've heard, some more than others obviously, but I think that each type f music has a very distinct purpose; so its all really useful. i like alot of hip hop, the local scene here in omaha (althought its becoming ever more emo by the day) some folk and bluegrass, classic rock and blues. Music is the link.

I am really into memoirs and biographies, the best one I've read yet is Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius - Dave Eggars

Countries I’ve Visited
