About Me
CURRENT ADVENTURES:
We are FINALLY going on our honeymoon!!! Where, you may ask, ... Europe - Specifically, France, Northern Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark. It's been a long time coming and we're incredibly excited to have CS be a part of it. We'll be there for almost the entirety of April, 2020 and are currently planning exactly where we'll be when. We'd love for you to be a part of our story!
ABOUT US:
We're awesome!!! ... but of course we'd say that, after all the human ego is an unavoidable inspiration when it comes to filling out online profiles ... In short, we're a happy couple, married in April of 2018. We try to look at life as one great big adventure just waiting to be had and we do our best to be the best we can throughout ... does that sound lame? If so, we take it back.

Music, Movies, and Books
Mingus, Vonnegut, The Stones, The Stooges, Hemingway, Back to the Future, Boogie Nights, Rushmore, Can, Willie, Waylon, Faulkner, Bukowski, The Minutemen, Fugazi, Thelonious Monk, David Bowie, Dr. Strangelove, Leadbelly, ... this list could go on forever.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Here's a few. Lago Atitlan in Guatemala; that gorgeous, clear water, the volcanoes in the distance, and the joyous sound of the fiesta from the village of San Marcos, just over the hill.
Then there was Milford Sound on the south island of New Zealand; that eerie fog that consumed those massive cliffs. It was as if the world had opened up and turned black and white. I've never felt so small.
Something that always reminds me that life is beautiful though, has nothing to do with natural backdrops or places that aren't "home" ... it's the human condition - be it an awkward moment when one is at a loss for what to do or say, or when someone shows vulnerability despite how "cool" they are, or when someone acts a fool because it simply struck them to, because they don't care what anybody else thinks,... disposition, realization, dreams, these are things of beauty.
Teach, Learn, Share
Yes to the three of these things!!!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well, we think we're funny and that we have good stories but I suppose it is possible that we are too close to ourselves to be entirely sure. Regardless, we typically try to show up with wine, ... or something anyway (unless travel has been troublesome or we couldn't find a place to stop along the way, but should that be the case, we'll make it up to you once we've arrived). Also, we're quite capable in the kitchen and love to cook for others, and while we might not love to clean, per say, we always, ALWAYS will.
In all seriousness though, we understand that we are being welcomed into someone else's home, a stranger's home at that, and we respect and appreciate such a wonderful gift and will do everything we can to leave your home in an honorable way, hoping only that we have inspired you as much as you have inspired us.
