I built a surf camp in Kamchatka;
I lived in a tent on the shores of the Pacific Ocean in Kunashir, surrounded by bears;
I was born 5500 km from the ocean, but learned to surf and began to teach surfing;
I caught a fish with my boot and made friends with fur seals;
I studied the basics of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics and received Sports and Physical Education.

When Russia attacked Ukraine, that day I went to the protests in Moscow and almost got a baton on my head. When I realized that I could not change anything within my country, I fled Russia. I made friends with Ukrainian volunteers who help people survive on the front lines. I subscribed to donations to their organization and now I know that I am not standing on the sidelines, but helping Ukraine win this war against Russia.
