ABOUT ME

I'm very athletic, adventurous and a Civil Engineer. You can Google me to find mostly Traffic Engineering related Bicycle Project activities and miscelanious sporting event results. I grew up in West Virginia and now have the good fortune to live up on a hillside in Ventura overlooking the beaches and the Pacific Ocean. California definitely suits my lifestyle, at least as far as the biking, hiking, mountain climbing and other fun stuff is concerned. I love to explore new places and meet new friends. I've traveled throughout the US, and I've been venturing abroad for the past 15 years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I initially heard about couch surfing from various touring bicyclists that I've hosted at my house in Ventura (usually after finding them looking at maps on the side of the road and offering them a place to stay for the night). I eventually went onto the CS site to sign up, and now I host and surf whenever I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, all of my CS experiences, both surfing and hosting, have been positive!
