Nice to meet you, I'm Jimbo.

Originally from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, but now living in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭✨🙏🏻。 (Was previously living and working in 成都 / 深圳 Chengdu and Shenzhen for 6 years)。

Me and my cat 浣熊宝宝 / BATMAN are always happy to welcome travelers that are passing through Thailand. Our new home is mostly open plan. We have my private bedroom, 1 public sleeping space on the couch for surfers, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies and quality air-conditioning and air purification system - it's always cosy and never too hot , especially in summer. We also have a decent sized pool, gym, sauna, and sunbathing area downstairs. We have several restaurants and 7/11s within walking distance from the apartment (one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city which is high quality but affordable is 10 mins walk away).

However, please note, the metro is not so close and you'll need to get a motorbike or taxi cab (Lumphini MRT is closest to me: motorbike-taxi is 5 mins, taxi-cab is 10-15mins / can be longer with traffic, and, walking is 25mins).

I work in Bangkok as an International School Teacher. I am super lucky to work a job I really enjoy. My job can keep me extremely busy - especially during the weekdays (I get up early and go to bed early). It is always a rewarding job and it allows me to travel wherever I want in my time-off. When I have time, I have a lot of stories to share, and love to hear the amazing stories my guests share about their lives, their experiences and their travels.
