I studied communication in the University to satisfy my need to be connected to the world, then I realized that the best way of getting to know the world is by travelling around it. As one of my favorite writers, Eduardo Galeano, said: “Many small people in small places, doing small things, can change the world”, so, to make this change real, it needs to be known deeply. And not only the places it self, but their culture, people, problems, politics, economy.
Throughout my life I´ve done almost everything, I was the secretary of a famous plastic surgeon, a social event planner (birthdays, business events, children´s events), I was part of many social organizations (ONG´S), I worked as a volunteer in a Cultural Centre in a slum teaching literature, recycling and giving school support. I also helped in a community radio. In a therapeutic community that assist girls with legal problems. I was a professor of the subject communication in the university and participated in the school ‘newspaper. My latest jobs were the organization and planning of the most important wine contest in my city and start up of my own business selling plants, this last one was the one I enjoyed the most. Because I was able to connect with nature and plants in a unique way. Additionally I am also Reiki sessions therapist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This last summer I travelled around the south Asian continent for two long months and it made me realize that knowing places by traveling is what I love, so I made the decision to close the nursery business, sell my car and run to Australia to study English.
I would like to meet people while stay in Sydney and Gold Coast, and if possible also stay with someone from the place to know more about the place and learn english better.
