I work as a musician, performer, record producer and DJ.

Sharing my working week with 2 different businesses directly involved in the revival of music on vinyl.

A big record collector, a good listener.

I am always keen to hear about other peoples adventures around the world. I hope to take on my own adventure at some point in the near future. Acting as a host for couch surfers in the meantime seems like a wonderful ways to generate good Karma for myself. I will be kind as a host, and offer up my space to share with the adventurous spirits of others from around the world.

I live in Glebe, Sydney 10-15 minutes aways from all the action this lovely city flourishes with.

Glebe is a laid back village style community that you will love the feeling of.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to remain calm and centred at the best of times. I practice Zen meditations, and find the moving meditation of daily yoga practice to bring about a solid foundation of well being.

I look after myself well. In doing so i find that i have more than enough energy and love to share with others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am presently acting as a host, sharing my garden flat in Glebe with travellers for short stays up to a week. I am more suited to sharing this space with female energy, but all applicants will be considered and timely responded to :)

I have lived in Sydney for the past 8 years and have a good local knowledge of the most beautiful spots to visit. Through my work as a DJ and performer i also have some good ideas of the current underground party scene, so there is never a shortage of exciting things to do during your stay. I believe the best ways that i can contribute to Couchsurfing is to share in this local knowledge to help you enjoy the spirit of this picturesque, beautiful and amazing city :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have always entertained guests in this space. Being located so close to the city sees that i have many guests stay throughout the year. Often the people that come to stay are friends or family, sometimes i accommodate fellow DJ artists performing in the city for a night.

I joined the Couchsurfing network a year or so ago and i have had many guests stay. I am looking forward to learning directly from other peoples experiences, finding out about the best spots around the world to visit and adventure within.

I have also found through giving in this ways returns many, many rewards.. Some of which take some time to settle in :)

Making new friends, learning of their adventures. Developing a clear pure hearted view of the world around me.

I act out in my life with gratitude, love and kindness, with pure and strong integrity.

Adventure and new experiences are what makes our lives vivid and full of delight, i have opened myself up to the fun and rewards of this couch surfing idea. I've had many guests stay over the past few months, mostly from Europe and find it really interesting to meet lovely new people from different cultures around the world.

Music is one of my greatest passions.

I love in all ways, finding light where there is dark. Looking with optimism towards a brighter future for us all.

I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping is one of my fondest activities. I try to get aways as much as i can and am lucky that performing music at festivals places me in this environment a few times throughout the year.

I am a keen swimmer and enjoy getting into the ocean at least once a week. I also practice yoga daily and enjoy the foundation this gives me in my everyday life. I am always working on myself, trying to find an even better balance for myself.

Nutrition is also very important to me and reflects in my total well being.

Reading about our natural world and it's wonders, learning from direct experience and growing towards an even greater sense of happiness is what life is all about.

Musica, film e libri

I collect records, performing with my vinyl collection weekly at different places around this beautiful city.

I also do a lot of philosophical reading and enjoy exploring my own personal development.

I enjoy films and sometimes do an outdoor film night in my garden.

The pure feeling of the Sun's energy on my body each day. I really miss it when it stays stuck behind the clouds.

Jumping fresh into the ocean at the start of a well earned day off.

The way the weather can turn in an instant at times, feeling a cool change approach and sensing all the energy of mother nature that comes along with it.

Watching time stand still.

Feeling gravity.

Noticing reflections and refractions in light.

Pure amazement at the workings of the natural world and the direct way it communicates with us all.

Being quiet and still enough to learn Mother Nature's lessons well :)

Teacher. Student of life. Sharing in each others happiness is what life is all about. Learning of other people's truths, their optimism, their ways of becoming who they are. Seeing through another's experience of this city helps to refresh my own beliefs. I have realised that when you give, the rewards you receive are always surprising. The feeling of helping another, it resonates deeply within my spirit. This is one of the most beautiful realisations about life that i have come to learn from the Couchsurfing experience.
