ABOUT ME

We are Jimmy (35yo), Lisianne (28yo) and Elias, our son of 2 yo - a French family. We were dreaming of a new lifestyle... And one day, we decided to sell everything we had in France to be free to start a new life somewhere else; direction to New Zealand! And here we are now for our greatest pleasure!

Fo almost a year now, we have been enjoying the kiwi hospitality. We want now share our experience of NZ and a bit of our French culture with you guys! So come on!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting and surfing, but mainly surfing at the moment. We want to share our new Kiwi/French lifestyle as well as our traveling experience with other travelers, and vice versa.

Intereses

Jimmy is hang-glider and micro-light pilot, so he loves everything's flying: birds, plane, micro-light, hang-gliding. Bur foremost, he is an IT guy a bit geeky! ah ah
Lisianne loves cooking, and discovering new food and wines. She used to play music but now enjoy more bodycombat and pilates.
Together with our son, we love outdoors, bushwalking, swimming, traveling, and more

1/ Giving birth to our son was amazing, a pure moment of joy!2/ Selling everything we had in France to move to NZ (as visitors first) with our 18 month-old son, what a revelation!And some other stuff we've done and found very exciting!- Hang-gliding (Saint-Hilaire du Thouvet, France)- Skydiving (France)- Walking on the Etna when in activity (Sicily)- Snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef (Australia)- Watching the sunset on Uluru (Australia)- Kings Canyon walk (Australia)- Swimming with turtles (Australia)- Te Henga Beach (or Bethells Beach, NZ)- Wai-O-Tapu, Roturua (NZ)- Lake Taupo (NZ)

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Well, Lisianne knows French cuisine and some italian dishes (sicilian) and she can play music.
Jimmy is very good with IT and loves flying, has a lot of interests.
And Elias, our little boy, could show your little one all the things not to do, ah ah, but can also show you fruit picking in our garden and where is the fridge.
