About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To know the truth of who I really am and continue to learn about love

ABOUT ME

Built a home in the beautiful Colorado mountains here in Crestone which is finally done (2010). Now have more time to explore both inner and outer worlds. Sure enjoy the snorkeling and may take up diving next so ocean travel is in my future since colorado though gorgeous and quiet is also land locked and kind of cold in the winter.

Have been studying nondual teachings in the tradition of Ramana Maharshi, Papaji, Gangaji, Echart Tolle, Adya for the last several years. It is the thing I most care about right now. All the rest is just playing in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Openness, growth, surrender, truth, kindness, humor. Listening and learning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Will offer my hobbit house to good people as I alike to try to keep my karma in balance. Sometimes the house is being urented by people coming to one of the retreat centers here in Crestone. Mostly Budhists.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend and I used it in 2009 when we traveled to Costa Rica and it helped make the trip more affordable and interesting. It is quite a gift when someone opens there house to you.

Interests

The inner spirit, building furniture and houses, getting better at playing guitar and singing, dirt bike riding, hiking and ocean activities, inner and outer adventure till the end.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Colorado is an amazing place to get out into nature in. Trail bike riding into the back country is one way Iv'e found to experiencee it lately. Traveling to Bali and Java to start my import business and being successful at it has been rewarding. Overcoming a major illness has to rate up there when I make myself think about it. Building my own home and shop here in the Rockies has also been a dream come true.

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, Indonesia, Ireland
