I'm down for anything. I can hang out and have good conversation, or go out on the town and have a good time. I love to explore new things and have new experiences. I'm also sure to be respectful of other people and their homes no matter how they choose to host!

Update for January, 2020: My company just published a cool game called Lightmatter, and I'm going to Aalborg, Denmark to celebrate the launch with the developers, Tunnel Vision Games. I'm taking a week to explore Scandinavia, which isn't long enough, but I'm going to make the best of it!

Update for 2023: (May/June) Life has changed quite a bit since I started couchsurfing in 2015, and this year I have a little more time for some traveling! I'll be returning to Denmark in June to see Rammstein live for the first time, and then I might just do some exploring around Europe after that...
(November) Still unemployed, still loving it! Let the adventures continue: first to the UK for some rock music and futbol, and then to Japan for some WWOOFing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people and make new friends. I studied in Japan and had one of the most amazing experiences of my life because of the people I was with. I know the best way to get to know a place is through the people that live there.

Interests

I try to balance my interests between physical, social, and mental. I love playing games, but I also love getting outside and staying active. I'm comfortable being by myself, and I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Favorite Music: I'm a hard rock kind of guy, but I also like sampling some feel good pop, heavy hip hop and even some fantastical folk. System of a Down, Skindred, Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, Jamie N Commons, etc.

Favorite Movies: I love movies. All movies.

Favorite Books: Harry Potter, Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy, Red Rising series, Beartown, A Gentleman in Moscow, The Band trilogy, etc.
