I'm a third year study abroad student at UCD in Dublin, Ireland. Back home, I attend Penn State University where I am pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering. I'm from Pittsburgh, PA, USA and am a die hard Steelers fan.

During my time abroad, I'm determined to explore around Europe, particularly Ireland. I'm interested in seeing new places but my main goal is to learn from people of different backgrounds and cultures. I'd like to use Couchsurfing as a way to meet local people in towns I visit in hopes of obtaining an authentic experience. I'm looking forward to the next few months abroad and hope to make some friends along the way!

I believe a person's most important possessions are his relationships with others. I could go on to elaborate why, but all you really need to think is, what else really matters?

You will learn when you meet me that if we play a game, I am very competitive. That's because I believe competition is stimulating, good for the soul. There's nothing like a rush obtained by heated competition with someone, whether that's a sports game or game of checkers.
