I’ve been hosting men’s circles for a few years now, as well as several other consciousness expanding events. My practice is shamanic in nature and involves a lot of breathing and tuning into the body through movement and meditation.

I’m a great cook (not a pro chef lol) and I can cook vegan meals. I’m also good with most power tools and outdoor work including gardening.
I also have a wealth of practical useful knowledge that has vastly improved the quality of my life over the last few years to an extent I never could have previously imagined.
