Overview
About Me
I live in Madison with a cat and a Newfoundland and run a couple Airbnb’s and build gardens. Learning about electric motors, electric transportation systems, and what can be done to reduce deforestation in the developing world. I’m learning Portuguese and Spanish and I play percussion instruments. Capoeira is my favorite pastime.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
its been a long time since I’ve used Couchsurfing. Connecting with people, sharing stories and knowledge are things I value greatly. Love talking about art, history, technology, exploring new cultures and traditions.
Previously couchsurfed with an Elder Craftsman in Rotterdam, 5 art students in Florence, 1st time host in San Diego: Farm Community in Kalamazoo.
Interests
Love to dance and train capoeira. Also building the post-industrial age, bending the rules, following dreams, helping people find things, learning what other people love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Been the 1st couchsurfer for 4 different hosts. Studied at Stanford without being enrolled. Hiked into the Kalalau valley in 4 hours, then hitchhiked out by inflatable raft out the same day. Started an internet company with 130 people in 1 weekend.
Teach, Learn, Share
Would like to meet fellow musicians and dancers, explorers, and inventors, cooks and teachers. I can teach percussion, singing, salsa, kizomba, capoeira, and a little about technology.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking, cleaning (I’m an Airbnb host), kizomba / capoeira lessons.
