I’m someone who loves meeting new people and learning about different cultural backgrounds. One of my favorite things to do while traveling is journaling capturing the little moments and inspiring people I meet along the way.

I truly believe that the best part of any journey is the people you meet and the stories you share. I’m respectful, easygoing, and always full of gratitude for any kindness shown to me.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I first heard about Couchsurfing when I started my solo trip this May. I didn’t know much about it at first, but I met a neighbor who was hosting travelers, and that inspired me. I quickly fell in love with the idea like meeting locals, learning about the culture, and respecting each place in a more personal way, not just following what’s in those touristic guidebooks.

I really admire the mission behind Couchsurfing and hope to carry that spirit in my own travels. When I finish my long trip to settle down my place in my favorite city among I've visited I’d love to give back by hosting and sharing my place and foods too:)

Intereses

I love learning new languages, and I enjoy reading books or watching shows in those languages to help me improve. But the social language and love language (not romantic one) is the most interesting thing which makes people feel connected without fully spoken.

On the other side, I also love natures, either mountains or oceans. Don’t be surprised if you see me climbing random rocks when I'm on a hike with friends!

Música, películas y libros

My taste in music is quite wide and open. I usually make playlists that match my mood or the place I’m in. So I'm very opened with different genres from jazz to techno songs but since I’ve been spending more time outdoors such as hiking, camping, and just enjoying nature so country musics or calm piano musics these days.

For movies, book or podcasts, I like learning random facts about history or neuroscience focusing how small things change the world m. :)

I’ve always loved the ocean and boats. That interest led me to study ship navigation, and I spent a full year sailing worldwide on the open sea! 🌊

I also enjoy swimming and surfing. My favorite moments is just floating in the water, watching the sunset and clouds reflecting on the water which it feels a bit like floating in the sky.

Also I love to travelling but also trying to live for a short moment more than a month to get know better about the city and the people. I lived in Philippines, Italy, Sweden, and US for two months to 2 years.

I like to hiking and climbing so I can do sport climbing, lead climbing, and now personally training for high altitude alpine and ice climbing.

I can share some Korean (KSL a bit), Japanese, American English or any insights about ocean environment if you’re interested to learn.

I like running (more like cross country than sprinting), cycling, rock climbing, acting, etc.. and I can share about those hobbies as well:)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I’m always respectful of someone’s home and space, and I try to be a clean, quiet, and thoughtful guest. I can share some reviews from airbnb which I usually use for travel:)

I’d be happy to share stories from my travels, help with small things like cooking, cleaning, pet sitting, or even journaling tips if you’re interested! I also enjoy cooking for myself and my family so I could make some traditional dishes from different countries such as italian, japanese, nepalese, hawaiian or korean fusion recipes. I also enjoy quiet conversations over tea or casual walks around the city whatever feels natural.

Most of all, I’m quite independent, so please don’t feel any pressure to take care of me:) I did my first solo trip for about a month along the West Coast of the US, 2 months solo travel around Italy, and that’s where I learned how to start traveling and catch happiness on my own.
